The characters are Hibari (the girl), and Densuke (the thing on the girl)~! Densuke is Hibari's electronic pet called Patapi. Whenever Hibari or her friends are in trouble, the selected Patapis will turn into divas and save them/the world. The divas are really grown up versions of the girls.

This anime is a real classic, so I doubt anyone would know it~ I found it online, and I was like 'hey, I saw that when I was ten, so I guess I'll just watch it again~', and it turned out to be really good, and there were contents that I didn't understand when I was ten, and I do now.

This is actually a redraw (?) picture of an original piece, using my own style and making Hibari look more grown up. The quality of the drawing dropped when I tried to resize it, so bear with the bad coloring!
